Physician Operations Director
The Physician Operations Director is responsible for the creation and management of RANT coverage models at facilities and how best to maximize physician productivity and availability. This includes overseeing the planning and implementation of coverage changes in coordination with Physician Leaders and Administrative Executives. Process Improvement Analyst will report to the Physician Operations Director to develop and implement physician training programs, as well as provide ongoing support to all physicians and assist with identifying training gaps, ensuring proper utilization of existing RANT provider training programs.
Paralegal
RANT is looking for a Paralegal to work with our Operations Department. Our top candidate will have excellent communication skills, stellar writing ability, and understands contracting and medical terminology. This position will report directly to and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to write/create letters of agreement, review Professional Service Agreements (PSA), and maintain our catalog of written correspondence so it can be easily accessed. This position will work towards implementing RANT initiatives and will use strategies to improve overall contract management.
Physician Assistant: Interventional & Diagnostic Radiology
This position will start a 12 month training program with hospital and clinic rotations through Fluoroscopy and Interventional Radiology. Training takes place in Fort Worth. Once training has been completed, the majority of the PA’s time will be spent covering multiple sites in Fort Worth with some coverage in Dallas, rotating with a team of PAs. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. There is no required call, nights, or weekends as part of this position.
IT Help Desk Analyst
Provide IT Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk support for Radiology Associates of North Texas’ administrative and physician users to ensure the effective performance of computer information systems and workstations. Tier 1 support includes providing front-line contact for support requests, tracking and monitoring tickets to closure, solving basic or routine issues, and answering general questions about computer system functionality. Tier 2 support includes solving more advanced issues not requiring coding or engineering-level expertise, remote and on-site desktop support, and researching technical issues through healthcare partner help desks, vendor support, vendor websites, peer-to-peer interaction, and knowledge base searches.
