Fort Worth, TX – January 9th, 2024 – Radiology Associates of North Texas, P.A. (Radiology Associates) announced today that effective January 1st, 2024, Medical Imaging Consultants, LLP (MIC) has finalized agreements to join Radiology Associates.
MIC’s 5 radiologists provide professional radiology services to 2 hospitals and 5 outpatient locations in Longview, TX, and the surrounding area. The expanded practice will employ a total of 286 board-certified radiologists, who collectively cover 76 hospitals, 58 imaging centers, and over 100 other imaging facilities throughout Texas. MIC is the 7th independent radiology practice to join Radiology Associates since the start of 2020.
This merger furthers Radiology Associates’ vision for partnering with like-minded independent radiology practices across Texas to equip them with the stability and resources needed to continue providing high-quality radiology services in their communities.
