Job Description: This position will be Responsible for the oversight and guidance of all Human Resource functions including employee relations, recruitment, employee, and management development. Responsible for administration and development of employee benefits including retirement and ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and advising on compensation for all staff including physicians
  • Manage the annual performance review process and calculation of performance increases
  • Ensure all employee terminations are conducted in a fair and appropriate manner to comply with applicable laws and regulations to minimize liability to the company. Assist in the preparation of separation agreements

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in an HR operations role with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position

.NET Developer

Job Description: The .NET Developer position is responsible for the development and maintenance of custom desktop and web applications for our clinical and business users. This position is responsible for the successful and on-time completion of tasks associated with all project phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Validation, Testing, Implementation, Training, and Support) as well as documentation, change management, issue management, and other project activities for the development of custom applications using the Microsoft .NET development stack. Imaging Systems Administrator

Job Description: The Imaging Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and administering the company’s imaging systems, including PACS (primary), Voice Recognition, Worklist System, RIS, and any other system that is required to facilitate radiology workflow. This position is also responsible for workflow communication, training, and optimization and will require frequent and direct interaction with radiologists to ensure that they are equipped to work as efficiently as possible. Primary Functions:

  • Provide ongoing management, administration, and support of PACS

  • Manage the full lifecycle of imaging data and files, including storage, compression, archiving, records retention, and data migration

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate with outside IT / Radiology departments to facilitate workflow and system integration
  • Provide product management for multiple imaging systems, including feature roadmaps, training, and workflow optimization
  • Provide direct physician support (both remote and on-site) related to the overall imaging workflow, ensuring that the productivity of the physician is not impacted (includes end-user support, training, and back-end technical expertise regarding all radiology imaging systems (PACS, Voice Recognition, RIS, and Worklist software)
  • Manage all radiology workstations, including installation (often at remote sites), maintenance and software updates

IT Help Desk Analyst

Job Description: Provide IT Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk support for Radiology Associates of North Texas’ administrative and physician users to ensure the effective performance of computer information systems and workstations. Tier 1 support includes providing front-line contact for support requests, tracking and monitoring tickets to closure, solving basic or routine issues, and answering general questions about computer system functionality. Tier 2 support includes solving more advanced issues not requiring coding or engineering-level expertise, remote and on-site desktop support, and researching technical issues through healthcare partner help desks, vendor support, vendor websites, peer-to-peer interaction, and knowledge base searches.

Reports To: IT Help Desk Lead

Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating Schedule, Combination of Remote and On-Site, Must live in DFW Area, 24/7/365 Coverage

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support via the IT Service Management System by processing trouble ticket activity and work orders as required
  • Log all calls and resolutions and respond to all help desk calls in a timely manner
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Provide direct support service, repairs, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripheral equipment
  • Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software related problems
