Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role supports business planning, revenue cycle optimization, financial analysis, and performance reporting. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in enabling leadership to make confident, data-driven decisions aligned with RANT’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze reimbursement trends, including denials, underpayments, and payment delays
  • Prepare executive-level presentations on budget, financial performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
  • Research industry best practices and recommend process enhancements
  • Develop profitability reports by facility, time slot, and CPT code
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and draft technical specifications
  • Collaborate with finance, revenue cycle, IT, and leadership teams
  • Build financial models and projections to support strategic planning
  • Support strategic mergers and affiliations through financial due diligence and impact analysis
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Data Analytics
  • Entry-level experience with a strong interest in healthcare finance
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across departments
  • Familiarity with medical billing and claims processing is a plus
