Cybersecurity Engineer

The Cybersecurity Engineer will implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond swiftly to security incidents. Working under the direction of our Cybersecurity Director, the Cybersecurity Engineer will contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of security tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the organization’s systems and data.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Install and maintain security software and hardware.
  • Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents, including malware and phishing attacks.
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Director to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on security-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cybersecurity engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.

Patient Access Representative

The Call Center representative is responsible for providing information both verbally and in writing that is accurate and professional to hospitals, clinics, physicians, technologists and staff in a 24/7/265 environment.

This position is for the evening shift: 3pm – 11:30pm

  • Representative must be computer literate with the ability to multitask and learn multiple software applications.
  • Answer phones to provide support to client facilities, technologists and physicians
  • Able to make sound decisions with available facts
  • Act as a liaison between physicians, hospitals, clinics and IT support
  • Provide excellent customer service, document/address issues in a timely/professional manner
  • Assist with the proper initiation of IR physician and case dispatching
  • Monitor email and messaging systems and respond appropriately when needed
  • On the job training provided

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in a Healthcare environment is preferred
  • Medical terminology
  • Call Center experience a plus

PRN Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology

RN BCLS/ACLS for interventional radiology procedures. Responsible for promoting an environment that embraces customer service and industry best practices as tools to help in primary goals of delivering the highest quality support to the physicians and patients of the Outpatient Based Lab (OBL). Will provide excellent patient care in prepping, inter-procedure, and post-procedure recovery. Will meet regulatory guidelines, coordinate patient care and safe environment activities in the OBL setting. Work across functional lines to create a harmonious work environment to exceed patient experience.

Essential Functions:
• Maintain accurate detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reaction or side effects.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.

• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
• Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
• Prepare patients for and assist with examination or treatments.
• Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention, or health improvement programs.

• Consult with institutions or associations regarding issues or concerns relevant to the practice and profession of nursing and/or interventional radiology and imaging.
• Inform physician of patient’s condition during anesthesia.
• Administer local, inhalation, intravenous, or other anesthetics.
• Assist interventional radiologists during procedures.
• Observe nurses, MAs, techs, or other staff and visit patients to ensure proper care.
• Direct or coordinate infection control programs, advising or consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautions.
• Prescribe or recommend drugs, medical tests, or other forms of treatment related to interventional radiologic procedures.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s condition.
• Perform physical examinations, make tentative diagnoses, and treat patients.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in nursing or higher, BLS/ACLS
Experience: Interventional Radiology or Critical Care nursing experience highly preferred.

Referral Coordinator / Prior Authorization Specialist

Responsible for scheduling IR procedures, and support the physicians, nurses, and patients of the IR department.

Essential Functions:

  • Schedule patients for IR procedures
  • Contact patients, Doctor’s office, insurance company, Third Party Administrator demographics, in order to have complete, accurate, compliant patient records.
  • Ensure a written order is received with specific information.
  • Verify insurance coverage, as well as obtain a pre-cert number for the procedure.
  • Obtain updated patient health history, demographics, known allergies, medications, and conditions.
  • Confirm the appointment one day prior to procedure to keep the schedule running smoothly.
  • Act as liaison between referring doctor’s office and patient by handling all questions or concerns prior to the procedure to maximize the physicians’ time to be maximized for procedures.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork for same day add-ons.
  • Ensure that areas/resources of hospital are available at time of service, without conflicts.
  • Coordinate with referring physician’s office or patient to ensure they are instructed to stop appropriate medications and ensure clearance is obtained.
  • Ensure patient has received specific prep instructions, along with time of procedure, what to expect the day of the procedure, and where to check in.
  • Obtain for prior imaging, from outside facilities, to be available prior to scheduling the procedure.
  • Arrange admission to the hospital and enter information into the hospital information system as needed.
  • Reschedule or follow-up with patients as directed.
  • Obtain procedural reports and update the patient’s medical record.
  • Request films and charts from Medical Records as directed.
  • Send lab reports to referring physician.
  • Comply with hospital regulations regarding patients and scheduling.
  • Communicate with physicians and nurses to keep updated of necessary changes.
  • Interpret plan provider requirements for pre-certification procedures.
  • Regular and timely attendance required.
  • Serve as resource person to the Business Office for help with coding questions
  • Assist with maintaining the charge coding sheet.
  • Monitor storage of medical records related to this area of the practice
  • Provide high level of customer service to patients, physicians/PA’s/NP’s/nurses, referring physicians’ offices, hospital staff, RANT co-workers and all external service providers.

Skills/Knowledge: Mathematical skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple priorities and personalities. Function as a team player.
