Imaging Systems Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Imaging Systems Administrator to oversee and optimize our radiology imaging infrastructure. This role is critical to maintaining seamless operations across PACS, Voice Recognition, Worklist Systems, RIS, and other radiology workflow platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a commitment to supporting physician productivity through direct engagement and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of imaging data, including storage, compression, archiving, retention, and migration.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT/Radiology departments to ensure smooth workflow and system integration.
- Lead product management efforts for imaging systems, including roadmap planning, training, and workflow enhancements.
- Provide hands-on support to radiologists (both remotely and on-site), ensuring optimal system performance and minimal workflow disruption.
- Manage radiology workstations, including installation (often at remote sites), routine maintenance, and software updates.
- Serve as the primary liaison with software vendors (PACS, Voice Recognition, RIS, Worklist, DICOM, HL7) to resolve technical issues.
- Deliver advanced technical support (Tier 2 and Tier 3) to Help Desk staff.
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with preference given to candidates with radiology experience.
- Demonstrated success in end-user support and customer service.

Interventional Radiology Account Executive

Summary: The IR Physician Liaison assists in growing the Interventional Radiology (IR) service line by working with Interventional Radiologists based in the Fort Worth Outpatient Based Lab (OBL). The IR Physician Liaison also works with other members of the Marketing team to create strategic marketing campaigns designed to increase referrals and enhance brand awareness in their target market.
Essential Functions:
- Visit a minimum of 40 referring offices weekly and submit weekly field marketing report to key practice stakeholders
- Coordinate field-marketing opportunities for the OBL-based IR physicians
- Identify new opportunities for business growth
- Work to increase referrals from existing referral sources
- Work to increase both referrals from existing sources and new referral sources.
- Plan and execute educational events for referral sources and consumers
- Collaborate with RANT Marketing team to develop IR specific marketing collateral and ensure referral sources are stocked with RANT/VIS marketing Resources
- Build and maintain database of current contact information for referral sources
- Assist Director of Marketing & Communications with development of IR marketing plans and budgets, to ensure growth and expansion of services
- Identify and maintain relationships with key hospital leadership, local, regional, and national organizations and vendors deemed critical to the success of our IR services
- Oversee evaluation and success of marketing campaigns and efforts, as well as assessing and adjusting campaigns as deemed necessary for optimal success
- Proactively communicate with Director of Marketing & Communications, IR physicians, IR staff to keep all stakeholders informed on relevant market information
- Expected to drive to various locations in DFW
- Collaborate with RANT Marketing Communications Manager on RANT social media and PR.

Interventional Radiology Technologist

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to join our team full-time. This role involves providing critical technical support to physicians during vascular, diagnostic, and operating room imaging procedures. The IR Tech is responsible for performing specialized radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental protocols, while maintaining a high standard of patient care and technical competency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and physician assistants during interventional radiology procedures
- Provide diagnostic imaging support, including body and organ scans
- Maintain a high level of competency in multiple imaging modalities (CT, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, MRI)
- Operate and manage ancillary equipment used in invasive procedures (e.g., ablation units, navigation systems, thrombectomy devices)
- Demonstrate expertise in vascular and cross-sectional anatomy, ultrasound imaging, and interventional techniques
- Support diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures such as angiography, image-guided biopsies, and fluid drainages
- Operate digital vascular imaging systems, ultrasound equipment, CT, and intraoperative MRI independently
- Ensure safe, efficient use of imaging equipment and adhere to best practices for all diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Certifications (Required):
- Active Texas State RT certification (TX-RT-CERT)
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT-R)
- BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (current)
Preferred:
- Advanced ARRT certification in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CIR) or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VIR)
- CT experience or certification is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist

This position is for the evening shift: 3pm – 11:30pm
The Call Center representative is responsible for providing information both verbally and in writing that is accurate and professional to hospitals, clinics, physicians, technologists and staff in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Representative must be computer literate with the ability to multitask and learn multiple software applications.
- Answer phones to provide support to client facilities, technologists and physicians
- Able to make sound decisions with available facts
- Act as a liaison between physicians, hospitals, clinics and IT support
- Provide excellent customer service, document/address issues in a timely/professional manner
- Assist with the proper initiation of IR physician and case dispatching
- Monitor email and messaging systems and respond appropriately when needed
