About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team and support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise network environment. This role will focus on hands-on network administration, troubleshooting, and implementation, while partnering closely with senior engineering staff on larger initiatives and architectural improvements.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor who is comfortable working independently on routine operational tasks, while continuing to grow into more advanced engineering responsibilities over time. This role does not own network architecture decisions but executes against established standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN environments in a primarily Cisco-based infrastructure
  • Perform day-to-day network operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
  • Diagnose and resolve network performance issues across switching, routing, and connectivity layers
  • Implement network changes in accordance with ITIL-based change management processes
  • Support and maintain network security configurations, including firewalls, ACLs, and VPN tunnels
  • Assist with network upgrades, hardware replacements, and system implementations
  • Monitor network performance and capacity
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
  • Support cloud and hybrid connectivity, including VPNs and basic cloud networking components (Azure preferred)
  • Assist in maintaining and supporting VoIP infrastructure
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and service delivery
  • Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Cisco CCNA (strongly preferred)
  • Progress toward CCNP or equivalent is a plus
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in network administration or network engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience supporting Cisco routing and switching environments
  • Experience working in a production enterprise environment
  • Strong working knowledge of switching concepts (VLANs, STP, trunking, EtherChannel, QoS)
  • Practical experience with routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP (BGP exposure is a plus)
  • Experience configuring and supporting network security technologies (ACLs, NAT/PAT, IPSec VPNs)
  • Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst environments (Nexus exposure is a plus)
  • Understanding of core network services such as DNS and DHCP
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid networking concepts, particularly in Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
  • Familiarity with RADIUS / AAA for authentication is a plus
  • Exposure to VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced networking responsibilities

About the Role

This position will be expected to take ownership of the enterprise network environment, serving as the primary technical authority responsible for architecture, standards, resilience, and long-term evolution of the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise network architectures, including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and firewall environments
  • Define and approve network design patterns, standards, and tooling
  • Lead configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of routing, switching, and security platforms in primarily Cisco-based environments

  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex network issues and outages, driving root cause analysis and long-term remediation

  • Plan and execute network changes following ITIL-based change management and best practices
  • Partner with vendors, service providers, and data centers on design reviews, implementations, upgrades, and support cases

  • Support and enhance cloud and hybrid networking architectures (Azure preferred)
  • Oversee and support enterprise VoIP solutions and supporting network infrastructure
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and network resiliency initiatives

  • Participate in infrastructure projects and cross-functional initiatives as a networking subject matter expert

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Cisco CCNP (or equivalent Juniper certification)
  • CCNA minimum; advanced certifications strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in network engineering or advanced network administration roles
  • Demonstrated experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale Cisco routing and switching environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting firewalls and network security platforms in production environments
  • Advanced expertise in switching technologies (VLANs, STP, trunking, EtherChannel, QoS)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and enterprise routing design
  • Proven experience with network security and firewall technologies (ACLs, IPSec VPNs, NAT/PAT, certificates)

About the Role

The Teleradiology Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication and workflow between physicians, hospitals, clinics, outside clients, and internal departments. This position supports radiologists and operational teams by managing inquiries, coordinating information, and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison among physicians, hospitals, clinics, billing/legal departments, outside teleradiology clients, and IT support.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding completed procedures and direct them to the appropriate physician or facility.
  • Make and answer phone calls to support customer service and radiologist requests; document all calls in the reading platform.
  • Route inquiries to Human Resources, Scheduling, Finance, Credentialing, and other departments to maintain efficient communication.
  • Monitor ImageNow for paperwork and calls related to outside reads; distribute faxes and complete data entry for portal clients.
  • Manage incoming mail and faxes, ensuring timely distribution to appropriate team members.
  • Oversee fax-related needs, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Schedule Outside Read exams into Clario when possible.
  • Navigate multiple applications and systems as needed.
  • Assist with initiating IR physicians and case dispatching; confirm doctor-to-doctor communication and coordinate dispatch teams and anesthesiologists.
  • Provide professional, timely customer service to clients, radiologists, patients, and colleagues.
  • Monitor the “Assigned to TA” list and communicate with facilities to resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate Teleradiology issues to managers and physicians.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Ensure timely and accurate report handling.
  • Monitor email and messaging systems and respond promptly.
  • Complete required continuing education and compliance training.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to shared goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physician schedules and shifts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Data entry experience preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Access and Excel is helpful.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with professionalism.
