Varicoceles, enlarged prostates, and varicose veins are just a few of the many conditions men can experience in their lifetime. Interventional Radiology is changing the game for treating these conditions using minimally invasive, outpatient procedures. For example, as men age, prostates commonly enlarge, causing symptoms that include poor urinary flow, frequent urination, and urgency.

Our physicians can treat this condition through prostate artery embolization (PAE). Through PAE, the arteries supplying blood flow to the prostate are restricted, resulting in the shrinking of the gland.
