Bản tóm tắt: The Physician Operations Director is responsible for the creation and management of RANT coverage models at facilities and how best to maximize physician productivity and availability. This includes overseeing the planning and implementation of coverage changes in coordination with Physician Leaders and Administrative Executives. Process Improvement Analyst will report to the Physician Operations Director to develop and implement physician training programs, as well as provide ongoing support to all physicians and assist with identifying training gaps, ensuring proper utilization of existing RANT provider training programs.

- Create radiologist coverage models for RANT that is focused on efficiency, availability, and sub-specialty of radiologists and exams given current volume and contractual constraints.
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for radiologist staffing and coverage models at RANT creating efficiencies by leveraging enterprise-wide coverage needs and integrations.
- Coordinate with Physician Recruiting Manager to analyze, develop, and implement physician capacity planning and needs assessment for all RANT covered hospitals and clinics.
- Oversee the development and implementation of physician training programs for upskilling in perceived knowledge gaps to meet subspecialized coverage needs.
- Work with the Operations Department to identify when new service lines are added at RANT covered facilities and develop plans to ensure appropriate coverage is in place.
- Identify gaps in hospital privileges for providers and coordinate with the Credentialing Department to resolve to have the most efficient coverage model.
- Develop relationships with Lead Operations Physicians and Section Chiefs to work together to identify coverage gaps then partner with Physician Scheduling to implement proposed changes.
- Develop strategic plans to leverage APP utilization to ensure financial viability of the program and operational effectiveness to maximize physician productivity.
- Provide ongoing support to physicians for coverage and training questions.
- Work with the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Strategic Initiatives to develop and implement coverage strategies in coordination with new business development.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the radiology industry and trends
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and innovations specific to radiologist workflow efficiency and coverage models.
- Contribute to the development of the RANT’s strategic plan
- Work with Chief Strategy Officer and Lead Operations Physicians to develop and manage incentive compensation plans for physicians. Coordinate any needed changes with Accounting and Payroll.

Giáo dục: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
Kinh nghiệm: 10+ years of healthcare industry related experience (preference given to Radiology experience). Proven experience with end-use support and excellent customer service skills.
