The Administrative Assistant for the Operations department is responsible for numerous continual and ad hoc tasks. The maintenance and scheduling of the client relationship management program is a primary responsibility. In addition, this person is also expected to work closely and collaboratively with the Operations administrators, providing administrative support as requested and assigned.

In addition, this person is also expected to work closely and collaboratively with the Operations administrators, providing administrative support as requested and assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks associated with supporting the Operations team
  • Organization and continual meeting scheduling duties for the corporate executive client relationship management program
  • Fill in for the duties of the Executive Administrative Assistant when that person is absent, as required
  • Assistance with various data analysis tasks for the Quality Department and Operations administration
  • Scheduling intermittent ad hoc meetings for Operations administrators, as needed
  • Scheduling interviews for prospective Operations Department employees
  • Note taking and transcription within Operations meetings, as required
  • Communicates and works closely with the rest of the Operations management team
  • Provide support assistance to other RANT departments and physicians as defined by Operations administrators
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the security and privacy of information that he/she is privy to within the course of his/her duties
  • Support department and company goals
  • Make recommendations and/or suggestions to improve procedures
  • Assist departments as needed on special projects
  • Ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Regular and timely attendance required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Prior employment within an office setting is preferred
  • High level of organization. Detail-oriented approach to tasks with a strong work ethic and desire to accomplish assigned tasks
