Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity engineers.
- Collaborate with other department heads to integrate cybersecurity best practices into the organization’s overall operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools to enhance the organization’s security infrastructure. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security controls and measures.
- Assess and manage the security risks associated with third-party vendors and partners using CORL Technologies. Ensure that third-party relationships adhere to the organization’s security standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats to continuously enhance the cybersecurity program.
- Oversee the development and implementation of incident response plans and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cybersecurity leader with a focus on strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
